Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shivam Zone, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within India. 

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number so you can check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
